Over 150 people gathered for a Sukkos party in Surfers Paradise, Australia, organized by shliach R. Moshe Serebransky. Despite the rainy conditions, participants enjoyed the gathering on the property of David and Karni Nakash, who so generously hosted this event.
Mrs. Lilly Maltz, principal of NSW Board of Jewish Education, came up from Sydney to meet with parents who are interested in having their children to learn about Judaism during SRE classes in state schools. During the event, a Sunday learning program was announced for girls ages 9-11.
