| Shluchim Meet Floriday Gov. Jeb Bush | | |
Florida governor Jeb Bush had an audience with the Rebbe's shliach in Talahassee, R. Schneur Oirechman. Two bachurim-shluchim, Mendy Ormland and Yoni Katzir, who are assisting in Chabad's Tishrei activities in Talahassee, also attended. During the meeting, the shliach presented the governor with a beautiful Esrog, a honeycake and a jar of apple jelly from Israel. "I will share this with my whole family," the governor said. The shliach, who has been in Talahassee for 5 years, meets with the governor before every Jewish holiday.
