From the Chuppah to Shlichus

Rabbi and Mrs. Menachem Mendel Offen, who were wed last night in Ofakim, have another reason to celebrate:  Directly after their sheva brachos they will be joining the staff of the Rebbe's shluchim in Ofakim.  They are the fifth family of shluchim to join the rapidly expanding Chabad community of Ofakim.
