Today, Rosh Chodesh Elul, is the 106th birthday of the most senior of elder Chassidim in Lubavitch, R. Yehudah Chitrik. R. Chitrik celebrated his birthday with his many descendents: Children, grandchildren, great- and great-great-grandchildren. R. Chitrik was born in 5659 and learned in Tomchei Temimim in Lubavitch, Russia, which was founded by the Rebbe Rashab. He merited to know the Rebbe Rashab personally.
We wish R. Chitrik a succesful year, "a year in which Moshiach will be revealed", eternal life, and much nachas from all his descendents.
