Last week, Chabad.info reported that a choson who is getting married on Chai Elul is sitting in prison until the end of the proceedings against him, on suspicion that he was involved in planting a dummy bomb in the central Jerusalem bus station. He was granted a leave of only 92 hours for his wedding.
Following the publicity on chabad.info and the protest it generated, the choson has been granted a full week's leave. The Katz-Kubalkin family wish to thank all those who assisted, including members of Knesset who intervened. The wedding took place tonight, Chai Elul in Yishuv Shilo.
