With sadness we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Riba Reizel Kogan Z"L of Moscow, mother of the "Tzadik of Leningrad" R. Yizchak Kogan. R. Kogan is the rav of the Bolsho Brunia synagogue and is a member of Agudas Chassidei Chabad of the Russian Federation.
