Yesterday in the main Lubavitch Beis Midrash in Montreal held a pre-slichos farbrengen, in keeping with the Rebbe's words that Chassidim used to come to slichos "shaken up" from a vigorous farbrengen. Towards the end, the whole community danced for an extended period of time to the tune of "Kesiva Vachasima Tova", as a preparation for Selichos.
